Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: 
No Annual Shipping Fees. No Shipping Charges. No Minimum Purchase. The only time we will charge you a shipping fee is when you want the item shipped to you expedited. We ship our items at no shipping costs to addresses in US and US protectorates. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

In the event that your order does not arrive in time please contact us immediately. We will take full responsibility and open an investigation to ensure that you receive your item. However, please note that if the tracking number reveals that the order was delivered but you did not receive it, we strongly recommend that you contact the shipping provider. We can open an investigation on your behalf but usually under such circumstances, because the tracking ID shows that the item has been delivered, there is not much the carrier will do for us.

International Shipping:

Shipping charges apply to international deliveries ONLY. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Return Policy 
You are allowed to return/exchange most items you bought within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items that cannot be returned will be clearly indicated in the product listing. You must get a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) to return a purchase to us. Without which, we would not be able to process the refund. All accessories, boxes that accompany your purchase must be returned to Innovo. A restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund if any accessories are missing. We will be fully responsible and pay for the return shipping if the we shipped you a defective/wrong product.

Replacement policy for Defective/Wrong Products 
Innovo takes FULL responsibility if we shipped you a defective/wrong item. We will cover the shipment to recover the defective/wrong item from you and we will also cover the shipment of the replacement. However, we retain the right to refund you the purchase amount if we are out of stock. The manufacturer also reserves the right to determine if they should repair the defective item or send you a replacement.

Innovo Medical offers medical supplies, medical equipment, medical products, thermometers, head thermometer, baby thermometer, basal thermometerhospital equipment, hospital supplies, nursing equipment, ear thermometer, home thermometers and many other medical items and durable medical equipment 

Please note that for defective items, if the manufacturer deems that the item is NOT defective, Innovo will NOT cover the shipping. In other words, we will refund you the purchase price of the item minus the shipping cost to ship the item back to us. For example, a very common return request is that the device you received fails to turn on. However, the manufacturer later found that the batteries were simply inserted in the wrong polarity. The manufacturer will NOT cover the return shipping in such cases. You are recommended to copy down the serial number of the defective item before you sent the item in.

Wrong Shipping Address: 
Before you pay, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We will try our best to correct wrongly entered shipping address on your behalf but due to security issues, our customer service sometimes are unable to do so. Once the item is shipped, we would not be able to change the address. USPS does not allow address changes and other courier services charges high fees to change shipping address. Hence, please double check your shipping address before placing the order for a pleasant shopping experience.

If the item is returned due to a wrong address, Innovo Medical will charge you the shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Speed 
Generally, you will receive your item within 2-7 business days. If you do not receive your item after 10 business days, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping.
