Warranty Registration

Thank you for choosing Innovo Medical. Please note that all Innovo® products are covered by a 1-year warranty when purchased from an authorized dealer. Authorized dealers include: “Innovo Medical”, “Amazon.com”, “Jet.com” and “Walmart.com”.

Please do NOT submit a warranty registration form to file a warranty claim. You may use the form only to register your product. A warranty registration submission is not the proper way to file a warranty claim.

To file a warranty claim please send an email to cs@innovogroups.com with the subject line ‘Warranty Claim’ and include the following:

  • Your Name
  • Your Phone Number
  • Item Description
  • Summary of Issues
  • A copy of your Proof of Purchase (Receipt / Sales Order)

Acceptable Proof of Purchase Submissions include:

  • PDF or Word Document of purchase receipt
  • Screenshot / Print-screen of purchase receipt (Mobile or Desktop)
  • Any other document or file containing:
    • Order Date
    • Order ID
    • Item Number / Description

Warranty claims will not be honored if products were purchased from unauthorized dealers.
