You must submit both your receipt and the warranty registration form to receive warranty on your product. Please note that for non-US customers, you must pay to ship the item to our office for warranty claims.
Please note that in order to honor your item's warranty, you must have purchased the item from Innovo or an approved vendor of Innovo products. The warranty of Innovo products is not transferable. If you have purchased Innovo products from unauthorized dealers from ebay/craigslist/liquidation channels, the warranty will be void. For more information please contact us.
